To make each of these amazing vases first you have to cut a plastic
bottle. Cover the cut bottle with mod podge and wrap a piece of measured
fabric around the bottle. After that apply a coat of mod podge on the
fabric as well with the help of a brush. Let the bottle dry. Then punch
two holes in the edge of the vase and tie a ribbon or string in the
holes for making a sling to hang. If you want you can embellish the edge
of the vase by hot gluing some ball fringe. When needed fill the vases
with water, put some flowers and hang to create an instant decor. Happy
