Recently it seems that Queen Kangana Ranaut who wowed everyone with her performance, has also joined the bandwagon. It is being rumoured that Kangs has gone for Silicon Implants too.

Now it is Kangana Ranaut who for a fuller look has gone in for silicon implants, but the diva denied it vehemently on being asked.
