To make a fennel bulb arum (flower) first you have to separate a leaf stem from the fennel bulb. Hold the green part of the stem in your hand and cut the white part in a pointed dome shape as shown. Then carve its center from carrot and poke a toothpick in it. Fix the toothpick inside the flower and voila! A bouquet of these flowers can be a great salad decor idea for a party.
