To make this scrumptious savory pie with rigatoni pasta first you
have to cook minced meat and a chopped onion in some oil. Meanwhile also
boil rigatoni pasta. Add a can of whole tomatoes to the cooked minced
meat and onion mixture. Spread half of this sauce in a spring form pan.
Arrange the pasta in the pan as shown. Pour a layer of the remaining
sauce on the pasta and top with grated mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Bake it for about half an hour and enjoy.
