The first look of English/Konkani satirical film ‘Finding Fanny’ starring Arjun Kapoor and Deepika Padukone is released. It also stars Ranveer Singh, Naseeruddin Shah, Dimple Kapadia and Pankaj Kapur in prominent roles.
The movie is based on a road trip,that is set in Goa. The story-line follows the journey of five principle characters in the film.
‘Finding Fanny Fernandez’ has five Goans who set off on a journey, in search of an old postman’s childhood love.
The love is Stefanie “Fanny” Fernandes, though nobody knows whether she’s alive or dead or just a figment of someone’s imagination. However, the friends get lost, and the journey—originally intended to take 20 minutes—instead takes one and a half days.
The film releases on September 12, 2014.
