Kareena Kapoor replaces Kajol

Bollywood actress Kajol had been on a hiatus,following the birth of her son Yug. The actress was to make a comeback in Ram Madhvani’s next. The film, was an adaptation of the Dutch TV series ‘Penoza’. It was to be co-produced by her husband Ajay Devgn. But now it seems that she has pulled out of the project, along with Devgn. Th latest is that, Kajol is replaced by Kareena Kapoor in the movie.

As per sources,’Penoza’ tells the story of Carmen who steps into the world of crime to protect her three children and track down their father’s killer, after the murder of her mafiosi husband. After Kajol pulling out , Madhvani took the role to Kareena Kapoor who liked the basic premise and is now reading the script.
The recent buzz is that apparently Kajol could return in Rohit Shetty’s next, with Shahrukh Khan.
